CONSTRUCTION
VIGO Spring Hanger consists of freestanding, laterally stable epoxy powder coated steel spring with a molded elastomeric element assembled into a welded epoxy powder coated hanger bracket and electroplated steel cap on the top of the spring.
SPECIFICATIONS
- Springs have corrosion resistance epoxy powder coated finish, rated to withstand 1000 hours of salt spray testing as per test method ASTM B117.
- Springs have a defined deflection at rated load and are designed with 50% overload capacity, to compensate for unexpected load variations and to reduce operating stress.
- Color coded springs to facilitate identification.
- Spring hanger is Corrosion resistance epoxy powder coated.
- Steel bracket is designed to fail–safe overload.
- Elastomeric compound is designed to resist weather with excellent mechanical property.
- Extra deep upper and lower cups for secure spring retention.
